Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage
  • In the original packaging with all accessories included
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Footwear unless the items are faulty. All Suits & Tailoring are made-to-order and therefore non-returnable unless defective.

How to Return an Item

  1. Submit your return request within 15 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for approval – Our style team will review your request within 1-2 business days and send you return instructions.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our Memphis address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for faulty items)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Follow the same return process above and specify your exchange preference in your request. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days using your preferred shipping method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties are the customer’s responsibility. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
